Shipping policy
All shipping and handling cost will be at the customers expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. Glo Hair Lounge is not responsible for lost packages. Your shipping address must match your billing address at the time of payment. If these two addresses don’t match your banks records, your order will not be shipped or processed.
All packages require signatures confirmation, if you are not available to receive your package, Glo Hair Lounge is not responsible for reshipment fees.
